Chapter Ballot Results, Status, Upcoming Event
ASGIE's Annual Meeting held on November 9, 2024
Ballot results: Unanimous vote to reinstate President Cheryl, Secretary Denise, and Treasurer Sherrie (L to R). Thank you for leading us through the pandemic and the process of rebuilding.
Status: President Cheryl reported that the chapter membership number has decreased significantly as a result of the pandemic. However, the membership is very active and committed to the chapter. Neighborhood Groups and special events are well attended and participation is growing. Cheryl gave credit to the Chapter Advisory Board and ASGIE members.

Sandra features a wide variety of quality fabrics at a low cost in her store. Her continued success is the result of expanding her inventory to include decor and upholstery fabrics, and offering reupholstery, alteration, and renaissance costume rental services. Sandra also keeps up with the fabric industry trends such as the current sustainable fabric movement. She works with Cal-Poly Pomona to provide fabrics for their programs. The students' most often request - sustainable fabrics.
